Marc Bazin Summer 14 Force.com IDE Installation
I installed Summer 14 Force.com IDE on Kepler. Following https://developer.salesforce.com/page/Force.com_IDE_Installation.
I have that Problem
On Mac OS X, "Force.com" perspective does not appear in Eclipse despite having the current version of the Java Runtime Environment.
The article give the following solution :
Download the full version of the Java SE Development Kit (JDK) from the Java download page.
I've done it.
I've change the Installed JRE in eclipse.
But still can't see the force.com perspective in eclipse.

I would suggest you to completely uninstall both java and eclipse and try installing again from scratch.
