Salesforce CRM content license availability

Which licenses allow the use of content libraries? Can a Force.com or Partner Community user access it?

Hi,

Yes any user can access content. You can create a public group and give content library access to that user.

check this doc (from line 15)

I created a user with "SF Platform" license, enabled CRM Content and proceeded to give him access to the content library I created for test purposes.

Everything was fine... The library tab was displayed after login and he was able to access said library.

After that, I've changed his license to "Force.com - App Subscription" and kept the CRM Content setting. The tab went missing but the user can access the library only if I give him the URL. He can only access the files in the library by himself using the "recent itens" bar, and they're shown as chatter attachments.

How do I enable the library tab for him?

Nevermind. I enabled the tab in the profile settings. Thanks!
