Do we need a Salesforce.com authorisation to publish a mobile Salesforce skd app on Apple App Store?

Hi, 

I have developed an IOS app using Salesforce mobile SDK that of course connects with Salesforce.com. 
Do I need any special authorization from Salesforce.com before publishing this?

Hi, Gerardo, does your app require anything to be installed in the customer's Salesforce org? Or are you accessing everything via API?

Hi Jason, 

I access everything via standard REST API, no apex is needed in customer's Salesforce org.
