Modify insert layout

Hi,

is possible to modify insert layout page? seems to me that changing page layout of custom object, change only update view. It's true?

Hi,
Yes its True.

For this, Create Visualforce Page for Updating your Object with StandardController of your Object

Go to setup --> Create --> object --> select your object --> Buttons, Links, and Actions --> Edit button (Click on Edit & Change Override with to Visualforce Page)
