How to set accessablity for list Buttons

Hi All,
           I have a List button that shown for all profiles view, I need to resitrict the button to show only for Technician Profile, How can set the accessablity to that button? like field level security.

Currently there's no way to do this.

Is the button a javascript button?  If so you can add a check to see what the user's profile is, and if its not Technician Profile then show a message.
