IGCTO Delete custom fields from Managed Package
Since there is now the ability to delete components from managed packages, I would like to remove 2 custom fields, but in Develop section, they are no longer listed, so how can I delete these? They are displayed in Create | Packages

I believe this is only possible for managed packages created by Salesforce and available on the app exchange - if you satisfy these two requirements I'd raise a case with Salesforce, as the consensus in the community is that this has to be enabled for the packaging org by Salesforce support.
