1. From Setup, go to Build | Customize | Social Apps Integration | Social Customer Management | Settings.
2. Check Enable Social Customer Service.
3. The socialcustomerservice package is installed.
4. Under Radian6 Credentials, click Login and enter your to Radian6 credentials.
5. Under Manage Social Accounts, click Add Account.
6. The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Social Account Manager application opens.
7. Select your social network, for example Twitter or Facebook, in the + New Account drop down.
8. Enter your social network account credentials.
9. Click Authorize app.
10. Register your social network account.
11. Back in Salesforce on the Social Customer Service settings page, click Refresh Accounts.
12. In the Inbound Settings section you can see which Apex class controls how the inbound content is processed in your organization and which user it’s set to run under.
13. The default Apex class creates a social post, social persona, case, contact, and supports common use cases. For information on modifying the default Apex class, see Modifying the Default Apex Class.
14. To assign social handles to a permission set, still within Setup, go to Administer | Manage Users | Permission Sets.
15. Click an existing permission set or create a new one.
16. In the Apps section, click Assigned Social Accounts.
17. Click Edit.
18. Enable the social accounts you need available to your users with this permission set.
19. Click Save.
20. Optionally, set up Quick Text so agents can create ready-to-send responses to social networks
