Salesforce for Social Media to create cases from facebook and twitter

Hi All,

I have installed Salesforce for Social Media to create cases from facebook and twitter. After this I don't know what has to be done inorder to get cases from facebook. Please help

This guide is for using with radian6 App.

Hi Anju,
You have to link your social media account (Setup - Social media - account tab).
Then to have the cases creation, you have to log in a Radian account (Setup - Social media - setting tab)
