How to enable trailforce for a dev organization

Hi ,

We want to enable Trialforce in dev organization. Even we were not able to raise a case using dev organization credentials. So will you share the info for how to enable Trialforce for dev organization and how can we access it.

You need to raise a case to salesforce through partner portal and they will enable for you. is this for organization purpose or test developement
