SSO Salesforce1 Pointing to Desktop Salesforce

Hello,

When I log into Salesforce1 using SSO on an iOS device it logs me in but the Desktop version of Salesforce is displaying and not the Salesforce1 app.  Any ideas why this may be happening?

Hi Meredith,

Could you please go to your user record detail page in Salesforce and check if the Salesforce1 user check box is checked or not?

If unchecked, check it and see if you are now able to login to Salesforce1 and view then S1 UI

I am having the same issue with my partner users only. The Salesforce1 User box is checked. Any ideas on how to fix this?
