Adding fields to Page Layout

Hi,

I can't see the Related List section on my "Compaign Member Layout'.I want to add the 
'Activity History section' of Lead/Contact to Compaign member layout.How can i do that?

As per the standard behavior, we cannot setup a lookup/master detail relationship with 'Campaign Member' object. Hence you will not find the related list option in the page layout.
