how to send mail to the users in their own language

Hi everyone,

i have requirment that sending mail to the users in their own language.
 i am newbie to salesforce.
can anyone please help me how to do this in step by step process.

I have workflow rule that will send mail alerts to the users when ever they create new records in custom object.
My requriement is depends upon the users native language, mail contents have to automatically change into their own native languages and that will be send to the users.
