Error when trying to create Account on Sandbox after refresh

I refreshed our sandbox last night and now when I try to create an account I see the following:
Any ideas on why this might be happening? I am the system admin.

Setup debug logs for your user and check what is being triggered right before you get this error in the log - if its a validation/trigger- try to disable it and see if the error goes away..

You have to disable package that includes CloudingoAgent.AccountUpdatePOSyncTrigger.
Something wrong with this package.
