Open a VF page on Accept Chat Button Live Agent

Hi All,
I have a requirement to open a VF page on clicking of Accept Chat Button (Live Agent). VF page should be opened on the Primary Tab of Console with some parameters from PreChat form.

You can open upto 5 visualforce pages as subtabs but cannot open them as a primary tab. You can set it up on the console app setup page as in the below screenshot:

I am able to open visualforce page successfully, but I am not getting how can i access the input values from pre-chat page (either from visualforce page or related apex controller).
