How to write workflow Rule when Opportunity Status changed send an Email?

To do this, you would need to set the rule criteria as 'ISCHANGED(StageName)' and evaluation criteria to 'Created and everytime it's edited'. This will make sure that the rule will trigger only when the stagename is changed.
