Moving Data / Documents from Sharepoint to Salesforce

Has anyone moved both data and documents from a sharepoint site?  I have a requirement to replace a sharepoint site.  I am just concerned about moving the documents.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!  Fred

Thanks Ramu.  I have 5k documents and I need to create custom objects to link each of these files to.
