Need to know the IP Address of my public community page

We purchased a domain and want it to point to our new Salesforce Community home page (public). My IT staff are asking me for the IP address of the page we want to appear when someone types in the domain. How do I find the IP address of that page?

I think that would give me "my" IP address. I need to know the IP address of the communities page that is being hosted on the Salesforce.com server. Would that IP address not be unique to that page on that server? I want to direct people to the page, not my IP address. Sorry if that was not clear.
