Tracking QBR when Account Managers host it and its outcome.

Using salesforce , I would like to create a way to track when Account Managers host a QBR and what came of it.
A few items that I’d like to capture are;
          Meeting summary highlights
          QBR client grade/evaluation of organization
          Potential Opportunities identified
          Executive Engagement Request- things we need to communicate to top mangement.

Is there a way to do this ?

Thanks.

Hi, Joe, this is all pretty doable, but it will require either an application from the Salesforce Appexchange (https://appexchange.salesforce.com) or customization of your orginization by a knowledgable admin or developer.
Depending on the edition of Salesforce your company is using (Professional, Enterprise or Unlimited), you might be able to do something as simple as adding some extra fields to Activities so that you can track the items that are important to you. Or you could create a new data object that tracks all of the items from your QBR (quarterly business review, right?) and links to opportunities and can be reported on to other users.

What level of Salesforce user are you? Do you have any experience in customizing the platform?

Thanks for the response. I am the system admin, but have little development knowledge.So, QBR will be an event in salesforce and adding extra fields will be like adding some custom fields according to the business requirement from the user, later using reports on activities we can track the info , right ? Also, I tried to search the appexchange for matching apps however could not find any. Can you suggest the keyoword to search or if possible the app name.

Hi, Joe, you've got the gist of it, really sitting down and understanding what your users are trying to acomplish will help you design a good implementation, especially what they are trying to report upstream.
I did a search on the AppExchange, nothing specific for you came up, but CalendarAnything (https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N30000003Hn2kEAC) is a good app that might help, eMeetings (https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N3000000B396kEAB) was another one.
Also, the new Salesforce Trailhead learning path might be helpful (and add value to your position): https://developer.salesforce.com/trailhead
