Need to reestablish linked SQL server API connection, after refreshing test environment.

Not sure why, but I couldn't access this section before....
I'm in a brand new role at a new company (day #3), still trying to figure out how the org is configured.  PROD and TEST have an integration running every 10 minutes via a linked server API connection.  The SQL developer has no idea how this was configured in SF originally.  Anyway, I refreshed the TEST environment and broke the connection.
I'm sure it's a matter of the refresh overwriting the TEST information with PROD and that I just need to reset it.  However, I have no idea where in SF to go do this.
