email delivery failure
I have been receiving email delivery failure messages just recently when emailing to salesforce. Error message as follows: A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error.
The following address(es) failed: >>> document_scans@j-2snchpn57ivqlukw9ajadowmd60db91j615mz7jcv61sg1x5yp.9-l2xqeaq.9.apex.salesforce.com (Undelivered): 550 Address owner is inactive: document_scans@j-2snchpn57ivqlukw9ajadowmd60db91j615mz7jcv61sg1x5yp.9-l2xqeaq.9.apex.salesforce.com.
any suggestions on how to troubleshoot / or any ideas how to resolve?
The solution would be to either change ownership of that to an active user or to re-activate the user if they were deactivated in error.
