We are rolling out Partner communities in our org, and wanted to see if there is trigger that would help automate share of accounts only with a partner organization setup in community.

When you setup these users in the partner community, they will be assigned with profile..right? So are you not able to give access to accounts using this profile?Did you try creating a sample partner community user and check his profile settings?
