Chatter Data Deployment

Hello Guys ,
   Hope your doing good,
Can we deploy Chatter object and fields and its data including attachments using Eclipse in Salesforce.
Could you please tel me a way ?

What kind of deployment you are trying to do? is it from Sandbox to Prod or vice a versa.

Hello Pratik,
Thanks anyway for showing interest on my question.
I want to deploy from one Production Org to Other Business Org production,so we cannot acheive this through changesets and i am trying a way using Eclipse.Is there any way ??
Could you please suggest me any way?
