Hi Manohar,

In Group Edition you can use the Import Wizard for Accounts and Contacts.

Go to Setup -> Administer -> Data Management -> Import Accounts/Contacts

Check the below link for details ->

Hi Manohar,

One way to do it would be to export your Account records, enter the values for ERP__c field in the exported file, and update it back again into the Account object in the org.

Hello,

One way to retroactively update existing Account records is to export all of your Accounts (Id, Name, Type) into a CSV, populate the Type field within the CSV to the required value, then use a tool such as Dataloader or Workbench to update the existing Account records.

Workbench Link (Web) - https://workbench.developerforce.com/
Dataload (Desktop App) - https://github.com/forcedotcom/dataloader.
Dataloader.io (Web) - https://dataloader.io/

If this helps, please remember to mark this question as Solved. Thanks.

Hi Yousef/Lakshmi,

I went through the data loader link shared by you as well few videos on YouTube. The first thing I noticed that it's available only on below editions.
Enterprise, performance, Unlimited, Developer and Database.com Editions
But in our organization we are using Group Edition.
I am trying to make the changes in our group edition over there I don't see the option of Data loader. Any ideas for group edition?
