Has Anybody worked on Community Designer?

Hi,
We are exploring the capabilities of Community Designer for an implementation project. As this is a new functionality we are not seeing much documentation sroungd this.If anyone alredy explored/exploring the Community Designer please provide the resources to start up implementing the Community designer.
