Creating a Team Concept for Every Record in a custom object related list code example

Hi Gowindd,

I think you are looking for same functionality as that of Account  team, oppotunity & case teams. These 3 are available out of box.

If you want to have same kind of team on your custom object, you will need to create one more custom object for Team and crate the master-detail relationship between these objects.
On the Team custom object you can add lookup to contacts/users, fields for Role(picklist) etc..
