Email-To-Case Functionality
Hi,
I just want to set up Email-To- Case Functionality. I am working with Dev org. While setting up the Email-To-case, how to set the value for the fields Routing Name and Email address. Could I provide a simple gmail address, provided, I have created a contact with that email. Please let me know. Thanks.

Thanks for the Link. I have done everything according to the site. Email Services Address got generated. Email Address got verified too. Sent mail to that particular Email Services Address. But the case is not getting generated. Please Let me know.

you just copy that email service address and send email to that address case will be created in your org.
