Computer/camera requirements for programming assignment

Where can I find information regarding computer use for Programming assignment. 
I need to know  the computer / camera requirement for  the programming assignment.

What are the Biometric requirements for doing assignment? Do I need external camera? 
Do I have to use same laptop/computer throughout assignment?
Is IDE allowed to use?

I couldn't find answer to this question on FAQ or even reply fo the open case.

Programming assignment is not proctored. hencew there is no requirement for Computer or Camera. Yes you can also use Force.com IDE.
aslo as it is mentioned in your assignment, you have to create a sanbox and do development on that. once you are done, you have to use change set to move it to Production Org.

Only the assigment essay is proctored which you can take in online or onsite

Thanks for confirming.  Essay date will need to be registered by candidate or it is assigned by Salesforce?

That means Salesforce will provide production and sandbox access.  If sandbox is not created  Will they indicate which type of sandbox to create? Developer sandboxes or Full Sandbox?

you have to register the essay date before the assigment due date using webassessor.
it is developer sanbox(One developer sandbox with a single refresh allowed) that you have to create. salesforce will provide details of the production access
