How to synchronize in sfdc for multiple users/teams working on the same object?

Hi Tarun,

Will you please elaborate whether the teams are working on the same instance or different instance?

If they are working on the same instance then they will be always in sync for the same object. Do you mean any conflicts of operations on an object here?
