hi all

I have created Workflow rule like when the condition satisfies Email should be sent. Everything goes well but when I create record Workflow not triggering the Email. All my workflows, Email alert and template status are Active only. Do i have to make any changes?

Hi,
Make sure that your Workflow rule is activated.

That is in ACTIVE either.

Check the Deliverability in Setup area Email Administration Access Level : All Email

Check the rule criteria is satisifed or not while creating record and email address is available or not in fields.
