401 Certification Voucher

Hi, I have just completed Instructior led 401 training but I am not sure If I will get the certification voucher or not. Is that something you can clarify if I should wait for the voucher or not? If yes then when?

If this was a Salesforce  Instructor led 401 training, I would recommend you to get in touch with the SF team via the certiciation.salesforce.com site:
http://certification.salesforce.com/open-a-case
They will have a better idea.

HI Rakesh,

The voucher is usually sent a week after the training is completed.  I'd sit tight for the voucher, it may be delayed due to the holidays.

The voucher can be used for any reg price exam, it's just a code. You may want to drop Salesforce U a tweet, they can assist.
