Is it possible to recieve a push notification in salesforce1 when a critical case is created ?

Chatter feed may be an other way.

You can use workflow rules with email alert.

Hi Fred,

Thanks a lot for your suggestion. But this does not satisfy our requirement. Is it possible to have something like a facebook notification pop up when we recieve some friend request or comments ?
