Validation for Product Revenue Schedule

I have been looking at this forever. Does anyone have any idea what type of Validation Rule to Use? Please point me in the right direction.

Could you please elaborate a little more on what exactly you are looking for and post a more readable version of the code?

The code I found says that a validation rule is required for this trigger to work. I am unsure on the object the validation rule should rest on as well as the logic.
