Could you Fix this problem.

Hi All,

We are using eProcessing system payment gateway for credit card charge here problem is while we are charging amount it is giving error like Ublocked(1) May i know the reason.

How is the eProcessing system payment gateway integrated to Salesforce? Is this error coming at Salesforce end?

I think in salesforce there is no problem, problem is in eprocessing system. We are integrated Eprocess system with salesforce using Eprocessing Account number and restrict key which we have taken from Payment gateway.
