Attachment window is closed automatically when you click in another window

Hi,

While switching from "file attaching to a case" window to another window, attachment window is closed automatically!

I was told it's OOB in salesforce... Can you please assist me with a workaround utilizing Apex/VisualForce?

Hi Avicii,

i just tested that Issue with our Salesforce Instance. Works fine for me.
I tested it with the current version of Chrome Browser. Which browser are you using?

I've tried using all 3 browsers, IE, GE and FF.
Please follow those steps to be sure you've tested the same scenario I've encounter:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a case or create a new one
2. Choose new or reply Email
3. Add an attachment , you will see a dialog window will be poped up
4. While dialog window is opened try to switch to other window or even while uploading a file try to switch to another browser window.

5. You encounter that dialog is closed by itself...
