Is Salesforce supports Private Cloud. I have a requirement where the company wants to retain their data in their own datacenters.

Kinda, sorta, not really.

You can achieve a hybrid style cloud with some data stored on premises and outside the salesforce cloud *if* you utilize their new salesforce lightning connect technology. Your data will have to be able to be exposed via OData. 

it's kinda ... antithetical to the idea of salesforce to base most of your data outside their cloud though.
