Filtering public/private comment on case
In case there is many public/private comment. Is there any way to filtering so that user can see public/private comment separately.

We have a checkbox field called IsPublished on CaseComment, we can identify public/private comments based on this field.

First enable Customer Portal in your org, you can simply enable it by Customize > Customer Portal > Settings > Enable Customer Portal.
Once you enable Customer Portal, you will get new field on your CaseComment Page as shown in image

Got it, It's not possible on standard case layout. We can identify public/private casecomments by seeeing the checkbox but we can't display particular(public or private) casecomments on case.
