I have some records email, name,etc displayed in table format.when i click the email it has to show the edit page of that records....

Are you trying to do this in VisualForce?  Do you have any code that you have currently done that you are having problems with?  Typically nobody on these boards will just write code for you, but we will be more than happy to help you figure out any issues that you have.  This is a pretty straightforward VisualForce page that can use the Standard Controller and just have the data displayed, and then you just set the Output link to be the Edit version of the link.
