Immediate Help on Impact Analysis Pls

Hello All,

I have a impact analysis problem?

I'm trying to analyse the potential impact of proposed changes to picklist values. Is there any tool or utility available which assists with this?

I'm finding it particularly time consuming having to open the definitions of a huge set of Reports to determine whether or not the fields in question are used as selection criteria.

Also i need to know if the changes to the piclist values effects any VF pages and WF?

In short how do i start doing impact analysis? And how to know where all the field is used?

Note: I am SFDC Admin

I can suggest onething, extract all the components, pages, classes layouts etc.. All 
Open 25 doc in notepad ++, do find all in all doc, do it for all
if its less component.
I am sure that its not the right solution but you can try.

I have to many components. Not sure that would work, however appreciate your effort to help me.

I can think that some of the areas.,which I can think is
1 Objects
2. Classes
3. Pages
4. Layouts
5. Reports and Report Types
6. Record Types
7. VF Components
extract only these and try

Is there a way to extract all throught a Admin UI? Sorry for my ignorance.
