How do I activate a feature in Salesforce dev org?

Hello,
I'd like to enable Order to Opportunity creation feature in my dev org. 
Since I can no longer open a case with support, how do I request it?

You have two options:

1: open the case from your production org, and provide them with the dev org ID
2: reachout to them @salesforce on twitter.
