CLK Issue: Workflow Automation - Automating Processes with Workflow
AS per challenge - I have created "Case Escalate on High Priority" workflow field update. Still, i am getting the error on check that - "Challenge not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
The 'Set Case to Escalated' Workflow field update action was not found."
The 'Set Case to Escalated' Workflow field update action was not found."
CLKcan anyone help who might be able to complete this challenge?
Please read the instruction in the challenge carefully. Check you have given all the Name correctly as per the challenge. If they mention workflow name is 'Case Escalate on High Priority' you must keep your workflow with that only. This applies for all fields, actions,object and etc.
CLKYes Thats what i done. I copy and Pasted the name and made sure that no extra space and quotes added.

Jim Brooks 7I figured out my problem. If you look at the image above I had "Closed When Created EQUALS False". When I changed this to "Closed EQUALS False" it worlked. The error message needs to be changed.
