Then its time for you to look into the Trailhead, which gives deeper knowledge in each module and with the new interactive learning experiences. Each module will contains challeges to test your knowledge on the topics and you will also earn badges once you successfully completed the challenges https://developer.salesforce.com/trailhead

About Trailhead I have already taken many of the modules from it. I am good with basics. Now I am looking to build complete end to end application. For this I am not getting any idea.
Good hear you have complete all Trailhead module! Congrats :) Take look into the appexchange site there are plenty of apps build on salesforce platform https://appexchange.salesforce.com/ You will get an idea to get start with application developement. If you have already worked in any other CRM platform then try to implment that salesforce or if have any web app development experiences then try to rebuild that application in salesforce.

I installed few simple applications in my developers org, but when i check the class source for the application its showing me (Hidden). My doubt is, can i check the source code of the application which i installed by any way? Btw i installed cost free applications.
