I need to craete a Visualforce with a Scenario like this..

Yes, of course I used a <apex:panelgrid column="2"> But it gives the output like this,

Hi Shaijin,

That worked great, but I have Small problem, I have given False for Sidebar and Showheader.. and Now its not showin  the Tabstyle icon,

But I need to show it.. Any Suggestions..?
