Account Owner value change on the Accounts object

On the Accounts object. how to allow the user to change the "Account Owner" field. when we creating the account, Account Owner value is diaplyaed and not editable.

 Hi Kumar,
If you are  Go to appset up >customize>RenameTabs and Label > Go to the account object > next option you have to choose then accountowner field is available you may change or not.
suppose if you are change a owner to another  In the record detail page beside account owner field change option is availlable you click on to chang the particular account record to a owner.

I have that account owner id is available on account object. But it is not disabled. And I went through the below path. But No Luck Thanks Regards, Kumar.

Got it. Solved. The option is select the checkbox “Transfer Records” on the profile you want to give this permission. Edit the Profile-->select the Transfer Records If you don’t have the edit option beside the profile names Open the Profile--> System Permissions --> Transfer Records Thanks Regards, Kumar.
