Need help in integration with five9 with salesforce.

I have searched a lot...but never got full configuration information from anywhere.
if someone knows then please let me know..

if any reference link or anything about it

The best place to start would be here: http://www.five9.com/products/application-integration/crm-integration.  And if you had any questions, I would contact Five9 to see if they could help, or perhaps hook you up with one of their partners that has implemented a SFDC integration already.

Five9 here. We have several APIs so the answer is it really depends on your use case. Can you describe what you are looking to accomplish?
