Button/Link (Javascript) not working on Salesforce1

The below button works great on the full site but on Salesforce1 it throws a bad URL error.  See button setup below.  Any help/guidance is much appreciated.

The preferred mechanism in Salesforce1 is to use publisher actions. Alternatively, you can get it to work by changing
  • display type : detail page button
  • content source : visualforce page
  • handle the page redirection in your VF page
