Can opportunities can be imported using Data Import wizard?

Can we import opportunities using impor wizard? I think only Account, Contact , lead and solutions can be imported. The trailhead article on Data import says 'Opportunities can be imported' . Hence the question

Yes, salesforce standard import wizard does not support for all standard object.
If you want to import opportunity or other standard object you can use any of below following tools

1. DataLoader [recommended] - https://developer.salesforce.com/page/Data_Loader
2. Workbench - https://workbench.developerforce.com/login.php
3. Dataloader.io  - https://dataloader.io/

You cannot import opportunities using data import wizard.In TrailHead, there should be solutions instead of opportunities object.

You can use the Data Import Wizard to import accounts, contacts, leads, solutions, and custom objects.

Hi,
Alternatively, you may import all your data including Opportunities automatically using 3rd party service Data2CRM. Notice that it guarantees all relations between migrated records will be preserved.
Or, import Opportunities only, but keep in mind that they won't be connected to the existing records.

No. The Salesforce data import wizard only supports some of the standard objects like Accounts, Leads, Contacts, Campaign Member but not opportunity object records. But you can achieve this using third-party tools.

I dont think they have any positive piolicy about it just when I realized that my project (http://steakknivesguide.com/how-to-prevent-rust-on-knives/) did not receive any right adavantage from there as you can see in the link.
