Picklist value imports

I have a picklist field which contains 340 values. I need them in an excel sheet. Can I export the values? If do what is teh best way to get the 340 picklist values in excel.

Hello Friend,

1. Go to your Picklist field.
2. Click Printable View button in Picklist Values section
3. Copy Picklist Values.
4. Paste in excel sheet.
