How to display related list within a datalist?

I want the list of all records to dispalyed with "Edit", "Delete" And "Open" buttons. If the buttons are clicked the related list of that record should be viewed just below that record and the parent list should expand. After saving or cancel the list should be displayed in the original form. Can anyone suggest how to achieve this?
