Hi Friends,
I am facing one small issue. I am trying to generate a reports from the contact object. When i run the report without ANY Filter conditions it is giving me a only 50 records but when i run a query on my contacts it has more than 5k+ records.

Can you please tell me why my reports are getting less records?

Just additional info...i have a Admin authority and CEO role in org.

When you create/run report, by default the filter that is selected is "My Contacts", which means it shows only the contacts where you are the owner. Also, the date filter criteria needs to be checked. When you change that filter to see all contacts, it will show you top 2000 records. To see additional records, you need to export the report.
