Data Loader

Is there a data loader that is compatible with Mac OSX and if so, where can I download it from. I'm taking this course online and it is asking me to download the data loader but I have a macbook, and the file I'm given the opportunity to download is for windows.

Ok, I downloaded the Jiterbit application but can not for the life of me figure out how to complete the task of exporting using this data loader. I'm already connected to my Salesforce through the app, but I can not figure out how to export from my SalesForce. I am actually taking a training course to become a SalesForce certified systems admin, and here are the directions I am working with. Please see the attached screen shots.
